Raymond Esposito has over 28 years of loss prevention experience, working within the department store, specialty, and grocery segments of retail. Holding various positions of progressive management, his experience focuses on areas related to loss prevention services, operations, training, and program development and evaluation. Mr. Esposito has developed loss prevention programs for over 125 retailers in the U.S., Canada, and the United Kingdom, and is an expert witness in matters of loss prevention. His articles and interviews have appeared in a variety of publications including Family Circle, Security Solutions, and Sanitarium Magazine. He holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.

I offer expert testimony on issues related to security and loss prevention practices based on industry standards and practices and my twenty-eight years of experience working with over one hundred companies.
I have been previously vetted and fulfill the requirements of the  Federal Rule of Evidence 702.
My work includes research and review of the matter as related to my testimony. A complete written report and summary of my opinion.  It also includes my understanding and experience in participating in depositions and giving court testimony.
